ORDERING WITH HUNTER GATHERER APOTHECARY.
You will receive a confirmation email when we receive the order and when it has been filled with a tracking number. Hunter Gatherer Apothecary ship through Australia Post and Sendle.
Orders are made in small batches and may take unto 1-3 business days to prepare your order.
Delivery within Perth is usually within 1 business day and 1-2 business days for the rest of WA. There is 1-2 week turnover period for wholesale orders.

RETURNS/REFUNDS + EXCHANGES.
Please choose your Hunter Gatherer Apothecary skincare product carefully as we do not normally give refunds for change of mind.
In the very rare event of receiving Faulty goods, we will refund or exchange them after receiving the damaged product. All other returns and exchanges are not permitted. Please contact Hunter Gatherer Apothecary within 7 days of receiving your faulty product. Please include a photo of the faulty product when lodging your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns postage is the customers responsibility. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded if the product is faulty. Hunter Gatherer Apothecary is not liable for any products lost during shipping/transit.
FLOWER DELIVERY TRADING HOURS
We deliver flowers from Monday to Friday in the afternoon. We do not do morning deliveries. We are not open on Weekends, Public Holidays, Christmas or New Years. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but are usually saved for weddings so please check first if the Saturday is available.
We have closed our Beaconsfield shop front. Orders can be placed online via phone with Eftpos available. Pick up can be arranged by appointment at our Leeming Studio.

CAN I SELECT THE TYPE OF FLOWERS BEING SENT?
We will hand pick the most fresh and beautiful in season flowers for your order on our morning market run. You can select the colour of the flowers though.
CAN MY FLOWERS BE DELIVERED ON THE SAME DAY?
MONDAY TO FRIDAY: Same day delivery for orders placed by 11am. We cannot give individual delivery times.
CAN YOU DELIVER MY FLOWERS ON THE WEEKEND?
Please note we are Closed for flower deliveries on Saturday, Sunday. Orders placed on a Saturday after 11am will be delivered on the Tuesday. Orders placed any time on a Saturday or Sunday be delivered on the Monday.
VALENTINE’S DAY + MOTHER’S DAY.
We no longer deliver flowers on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, However we will be delivering our skincare range Hunter Gatherer Apothecary.
Unfortunately we do not do morning deliveries and do not deliver by specific individual times. Our deliveries start from around 1pm. Prior arrangements will need to be made via phone or email to enquire about an exception for an early delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS HOME?
We will leave the flowers in a shady and discreet spot always in water. If we do not feel it is safe to leave the flowers a Missed Delivery Card will be left informing a flower delivery was missed. A time to collect the flowers from our studio will need to be arranged. We recommend giving us the recipients contact number so we can arrange a pick up for a missed delivery.
CAN I ORDER FLOWERS TO BE SENT AT A LATER DATE?
You sure can. You can pre-order flowers in advance by selecting your preferred delivery date in our order section.
I PUT THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN I ordered. WHAT DO I DO?
We will not be able to deliver the flowers if the delivery address is wrong. A $15 re delivery fee will be charged to send it out with the next day deliveries or you can pick up your flowers from our studio. Please provide the correct delivery address including unit numbers. We also require the recipients phone number in case we need to call them.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FLOWERS?
- If your flowers do not come in a vase, make sure you pick a vase that is appropriate for the size of your bouquet.
- Remove any greenery from the stems so not to submerge the leaves in water.
- Re-cut the stems to fit the vase on an angle and place in water.
- Change the water and re-cut the stems every second day to maintain freshness.
- Keep flowers out of direct sunlight, heaters or fireplaces, fruit bowls and smoke.
