ORDERING WITH HUNTER GATHERER APOTHECARY.
You will receive a confirmation email when we receive the order and when it has been filled with a tracking number. Hunter Gatherer Apothecary ship through Australia Post and Sendle.

Orders are made in small batches and may take unto 1-3 business days to prepare your order.

Delivery within Perth is usually within 1 business day and 1-2 business days for the rest of WA. There is 1-2 week turnover period for wholesale orders.

CUSTOMS + TAXES: Gatherer Gatherer Apothecary is not responsible for any taxes and customs applied to your order including other fees applied during or after shipping.

RETURNS/REFUNDS + EXCHANGES.
Please choose your Hunter Gatherer Apothecary skincare product carefully as we do not normally give refunds for change of mind.

In the very rare event of receiving Faulty goods, we will refund or exchange them after receiving the damaged product. All other returns and exchanges are not permitted. Please contact Hunter Gatherer Apothecary within 7 days of receiving your faulty product. Please include a photo of the faulty product when lodging your complaint to huntergathererapothecary@gmail.com

Returns postage is the customers responsibility. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded if the product is faulty. Hunter Gatherer Apothecary is not liable for any products lost during shipping/transit.
